Thank you for supporting Wyld Chyld HQ. Every item we create, assemble, print, craft, or release — whether physical or digital — is made with the intention of delivering quality, creativity, and a uniquely Wyld experience.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.

We aim to be fair. We are a small business, not a faceless corporation, and we will always try to help — but we also must protect ourselves from misuse, damage, or unreasonable demands. This policy exists to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency for everyone involved.

By purchasing from Wyld Chyld HQ, you agree to the following terms.


2. General Refund Policy Summary

Physical products:

You have 3 days from the date the item is marked as delivered to request a return.

Digital products:

All digital sales are 100% final.
If there is a technical issue, we will do everything reasonably within our power to fix the problem, replace corrupted files, or re-send access.

Skincare products:

Due to health and safety standards, skincare, bath, and body items may only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Custom-made items:

Custom prints, custom knives, custom skincare blends, personalized products, and special-order items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.


3. Return Window and Eligibility

3.1 Return Period

You must contact us within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered (according to USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking) to request a return.

We strictly enforce the 3-day window due to:

  • small-batch production

  • handcrafted products

  • limited inventory

  • potential misuse of return systems

If more than 3 days have passed, we are no longer able to accept the return.


3.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in original condition

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • free of odors, stains, pet hair, or modifications

  • returned with all original packaging, labels, inserts, accessories, etc.

If an item is returned in used or damaged condition, we may:

  • deny the refund, or

  • offer a partial refund based on condition

This is determined at our sole discretion.


4. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Digital products (downloads, STL files, etc.)

All sales are final.
If there is an issue, we will assist you until you have a functional copy.

Custom or personalized creations

Including:

  • custom printed 3D models

  • special-order knife handles

  • personalized engravings

  • one-off prototypes

  • limited edition color batches

Custom items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

Opened skincare or body products

If the seal is broken, tampered with, or missing — the product cannot be returned.

Used products

Any sign of use voids eligibility.


5. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

5.1 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for:

  • return shipping cost

  • secure packaging

  • ensuring safe transit

We recommend using a trackable service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5.2 Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an obvious fulfillment error.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

  • broken

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • missing components

  • severely damaged by carrier

Contact us within 72 hours with:

  1. order number

  2. clear photos of the issue

  3. photos of packaging

  4. description of the problem

We will:

  • replace the item

  • repair it (if applicable)

  • offer store credit

  • or issue a refund

depending on the situation and available inventory.

Carrier-caused damage may require a postal claim — we will assist.


7. Digital Product Guarantee

All digital items are considered final sale, but we take quality seriously.

If:

  • the files are corrupted

  • the download link fails

  • you cannot open the format

  • your access expires prematurely

  • a technical glitch occurs

We will:

  • resend the files

  • provide an alternate format if available

  • provide troubleshooting instructions

  • supply a fresh link

  • help until you have a working copy

We do not refund digital purchases unless legally required.


8. Exchanges

We may allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on:

  • inventory

  • item condition

  • production capacity

  • reason for exchange

Contact us to ask — we’re flexible when possible.


9. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Inspection takes up to 3 business days

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method

  • Processing by your bank/issuer may take 3–10 business days

We cannot speed up your bank’s internal timeline.


10. Abuse, Fraud, and Bad-Faith Returns

To protect our small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect:

  • return abuse

  • excessive returns

  • wardrobing (using items then returning)

  • chargeback fraud

  • false damage claims

  • manipulation of the 3-day delivery window

  • misuse of digital downloads

Anyone attempting fraudulent behavior may be banned from future purchases.


11. Special Circumstances

We understand life happens.
If you experience an emergency, shipping delay, or unusual circumstance, contact us.

We may — solely at our discretion — extend grace beyond policy if it feels appropriate.
