We offer handcrafted skincare products including soaps, scrubs, beard care items, lotions, and other bath/body goods.

• Size is non-negotiable and is determined by the product listing.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare items may only be returned unopened and in original sealed packaging (see Refund Policy).

We may offer digital downloads including:

• STL or similar digital files (future offerings)

Digital products:

• Are final sale (no exceptions)

• Cannot be customized

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional rates, shipping surcharges, or extended delivery times.

4.3 Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the carrier:

• We cannot control transit times

• We cannot guarantee delivery dates

• Carrier damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for assistance

We will assist in damage claims where possible.

• 3-day return window starting from the date of carrier-marked delivery

• Digital items: final sale

• Skincare items: must be unopened in original sealed packaging

• Custom items: non-refundable

• Leather goods: generally non-customizable and sold as-is

• Items must arrive in original condition to qualify for refund

• We do not refund shipping fees unless the error is ours

6. DIGITAL PURCHASE RULES & LICENSE TERMS
