WYLD CHYLD HQ – SHIPPING POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping Policy outlines how Wyld Chyld HQ (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles order processing, packaging, shipping, delivery, and all associated timelines and responsibilities.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

We do everything in our power to ship orders quickly, safely, and accurately. Because many items are handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized, processing times may vary.


2. WHERE WE SHIP

United States Only

Wyld Chyld HQ currently ships to all U.S. states and territories.

However, due to higher carrier rates:

🔸 Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges

Delivery times may also be extended depending on carrier availability.

❌ We do NOT ship internationally at this time

This includes:

  • Canada

  • Mexico

  • Europe

  • Asia

  • Australia

  • Any non-U.S. address

Future international shipping may be considered, but is not currently offered.


3. PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times depend on product type:

3.1 Ready-Made Products

Items that are already in our inventory (e.g., jewelry, leather goods, some 3D prints, oddities) usually ship within:

2–5 business days


3.2 Made-to-Order 3D Prints

Many 3D printed items are produced when ordered, especially if color/size customization is selected.

Estimated processing:

3–14 business days, depending on:

  • print time

  • queue volume

  • filament changes

  • product size

  • finishing work

Large prints, multi-color prints, or complex articulated figures may require additional time.


3.3 Custom-Made Items

Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, engravings, special requests, etc.) typically require:

5–21 business days

These times may vary based on:

  • material availability

  • print load

  • design complexity

  • finishing steps

  • drying or curing times (for skincare or resin-based items)


3.4 Skincare Products

Most skincare and bath items are:

  • hand-mixed

  • hand-colored

  • made in small batches

  • customizable in fragrance or color

Processing time:

2–7 business days


3.5 Peak Seasons

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume months, processing times may increase slightly.
We will post notices for major delays.


4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • product weight

  • package dimensions

  • shipping distance

  • selected service

  • carrier pricing

We do not mark up carrier rates unless clearly stated.

4.1 Additional Shipping Charges

Orders shipped to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

may incur additional shipping fees due to carrier surcharges.

These fees will be displayed during checkout.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx (in rare cases)

Carrier selection is based on cost, speed, and package safety.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update

  • You can follow your package’s status directly through the carrier website

If your tracking number does not update after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll assist.


7. DELIVERY ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Incorrect Address Provided

Customers are 100% responsible for providing accurate:

  • name

  • street address

  • apartment or unit number

  • city

  • state

  • zip code

If an order is misdelivered, lost, or returned due to incorrect information, we are not responsible for:

  • replacement costs

  • reshipping costs

  • delays

  • refunds

We will reship returned items once the customer pays reshipping costs.


7.2 Lost Packages

If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Check around your property

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Wait 24 hours (sometimes USPS marks early)

If still missing, contact us.
We will assist in locating the item but cannot guarantee replacing items lost due to carrier error or theft.


7.3 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 72 hours

  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

  • Do not throw away packaging

We will assist with replacement, refund, or carrier claim based on the situation.


7.4 Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • weather delays

  • carrier backlogs

  • missing scans

  • incorrect carrier routing

  • holiday congestion

  • force majeure events

Once we hand the package to the carrier, transit is outside our control.


8. MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:

  • product size

  • product fragility

  • packaging requirements

  • production timelines

You may receive more than one tracking number.


9. PRE-ORDERS, BACKORDERS & LIMITED-RUN ITEMS

If we ever offer:

  • pre-orders

  • backorders

  • seasonal batches

  • limited editions

estimated ship dates will be listed on product pages.

Delays may occur with materials or production; we will notify you of major changes.


10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping-related return rules are detailed in our full Refund & Return Policy.

Important highlights:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Skincare must be unopened

  • Custom items are non-refundable unless defective
