WYLD CHYLD HQ – DIGITAL LICENSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These Digital License Terms (“License,” “Agreement”) govern all digital products sold, provided, or distributed by Wyld Chyld HQ (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to:

• AI-generated digital coloring books

• Printable art pages

• Templates

• Downloadable artwork

• Digital assets

• STL files (now or in the future)

• Graphic resources

• Instructional PDFs

• Any downloadable or viewable file provided through wyldchyldhq.com

By downloading, purchasing, or accessing any digital file from Wyld Chyld HQ, you agree to the terms stated below.

These terms apply to every digital product — free or paid, present or future.

2. LICENSE TYPE

All digital products from Wyld Chyld HQ are provided under a:

⭐ Non-transferable, Non-exclusive, Personal-Use-Only License ⭐

This means:

• You own the right to use the file,

• But you do NOT own the file itself

• And you cannot share, sell, upload, post, or redistribute it in any form.

3. PERMITTED USES

You MAY:

✔ 3.1 Download the file for personal use

You may store it on your device(s) for personal enjoyment.

✔ 3.2 Print the file for personal use

For coloring books or printable artwork:

• You may print individual pages for yourself or household use.

• You may give a physical, printed version as a private gift (not sold).

✔ 3.3 Use as inspiration

You may be inspired creatively by the themes, poses, or aesthetics, but you may not copy, trace, re-render, or AI-train from the assets.

✔ 3.4 Use in personal crafting projects

For example:

• Print a digital coloring page to color by hand

• Use a digital image as a desktop wallpaper

• Use an STL to print something for your own home (if STLs become available)

4. PROHIBITED USES

You MAY NOT, under ANY circumstances:

🚫 4.1 Redistribute, Share, or Upload

You may NOT:

• Reupload files to ANY website

• Share files with friends

• Post files in Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.

• Upload files to file-sharing sites

• Provide the files through torrents

• Publish them in any gallery, forum, or social media page

• Email or message the files to other people

• Use them in AI training datasets

• Upload them to AI model trainers or “public datasets”

• Upload them to Canva, Procreate libraries, or vector libraries

ANY sharing is a violation.

🚫 4.2 Resell or Profit

You may NOT:

• Sell digital copies

• Sell printed versions

• Sell remixed versions

• Sell anything derived from the digital file

• Use digital content for print-on-demand

• Use in commercial products

• Sell physical 3D prints made from Wyld Chyld’s STL files (unless explicitly allowed per item)

🚫 4.3 Modify & Claim Ownership

You may NOT:

• Alter files and claim them as your own

• Trace or recreate the artwork for commercial or online posting

• Generate derivative works that compete with or mimic our digital art

• Use the assets to train models or create new AI images

• Use any digital file as part of branding for your own business

🚫 4.4 Use in Apps, Games, or Software

You may NOT embed our digital content in:

• Video games

• Mobile apps

• Software

• Virtual worlds

• NFTs

• Blockchain tokens

5. SPECIFIC RULES FOR STL FILES (Future Offerings)

If and when Wyld Chyld HQ releases STL files:

You MAY:

• Print for personal use

• Display prints at home or give as personal gifts

You MAY NOT:

• Sell physical prints

• Modify STLs and claim ownership

• Reupload STLs anywhere

• Share them with print farms

• Use them commercially unless a product listing explicitly grants a Commercial License (rare, and at our discretion)

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURNS

All digital product sales are FINAL.

Wyld Chyld HQ does not offer:

• refunds

• exchanges

• store credit

• replacements

• cancellations

Once a digital item is delivered or downloaded, the sale is permanently completed.

If you experience a download issue, we will help resolve it — but the purchase is still final.

7. REVOCATION OF LICENSE

Wyld Chyld HQ reserves the right to:

• revoke access to digital downloads

• terminate your personal-use license

• block your account from future purchases

• pursue legal action

• file DMCA takedown notices

if you violate these terms.

Violation of the Digital License Terms may also result in account termination under our Website Use Policy and Terms of Service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wyld Chyld HQ.

You do NOT acquire ownership of:

• copyrights

• trademarks

• design rights

• distribution rights

• reproduction rights

• moral rights

You acquire only a license to use the file within these rules.

Wyld Chyld HQ retains all ownership, authorship, and legal rights.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wyld Chyld HQ is not responsible for:

• download issues due to user error

• incompatibility with your device or software

• corrupted or incomplete downloads caused by your hardware

• printer or slicer settings

• digital file misuse

• loss of files after download

• damage caused by misuse of digital or 3D files

Files are provided as-is, with no guarantee of compatibility beyond standard formats.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Digital License Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes relating to digital products shall be addressed in courts within Idaho.
